Blue Widow by Divine Buds

Indica Dominant
Moderate THC (18% – 22%)
Flower

Blue Widow is a lower THC indica, with bright green buds and a lightly frosted texture from the abundant trichomes. This particular flower was dryer to the touch, but broke apart easily and was still relatively sticky. The aroma is piney and sweet, with a very gentle earthy-sour undertone. Smoked from a fresh piece of glassware and using a regular old lighter, the smoke was pungent but smooth, with a medium body and a sweetness on the backend. The early green hits were gentle and easy, and even the later hits were mellow, if a bit more bitter.

Like peanut butter and jelly or cookies and milk, Blueberry and White Widow complement each other so well that the resulting offspring just might be better than its already excellent component parts. Blueberry’s deep muscular relaxation pairs with White Widow’s euphoric cognitive energy to produce an uplifting and creative headspace perched atop a calm and comfortable body, not unlike a grinning bobblehead. I found myself alternating between enthusiastically writing notes for various creative projects and happily allowing myself to be distracted once in a while watching the rain out the window. It is an ideal strain for being stuck in the house, whether you want to do something with your time, or not.

Suggested Media and Activities: video chatting with a loved one, creating something, rewatching a favorite movie, petting a cat.
